Throughout the program, you can gain theoretical and practical knowledge, and mentors will accompany and support you, making the entire learning and progress journey smoother and more enjoyable. About program:  
 
The program starts on July 8th and lasts for 2 to 6 months, depending on the position. You can apply until May 26th. Below you can read basic information about each program and application. Also, we kindly recommend a visit to our landing page. 
 
 
Product Marketing Intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (BA/MA) students in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • What will you do? 
 
 
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
 
Content Creation:
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including product material such as presentations and brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
  • Work with the design team to ensure visual assets align with the brand and messaging.
 
Digital Marketing:
  • Contribute to creation of digital marketing content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
 
Social Media Management:
  • Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling.
  • Potentially engage with our online community to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
 
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, other marketing teams and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating product launches and promotional events.
 
 
Marketing Automation Intern
 
  • Locations: Zagreb
  • Duration: 6 months.  
  • Undergraduate (BA/MA) final-year students in IT, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Assists in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns using various automation platforms
  • Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Performing market analysis and research on competition.
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
  • Preparing promotional presentations.
  • Helping distribute marketing materials.
  • Managing and updating company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
 
 
Development Content Traffic Intern
 
  • Locations: Zagreb
  • Duration: 6 months.

  • Brainstorming, creating, and publishing content across various social media channels in English and Croatian.
  • Developing and maintaining content schedules to ensure timely posting on various social media platforms.
  • Enhancing content quality, monitoring audience engagement, and analyzing responses to posted content.
  • Collaborating on strategic social media and community initiatives to expand reach, boost brand visibility, and enhance traffic.

Travel intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) in business administration or a related field.

  • What will you do? 
 
  • Engage in the process of planning and organizing transportation, accommodation, insurance, and other travel services for IB employees.
  • Collaborate with employees to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate modes of transport, travel dates, costs, and accommodation.
  • Collaborate with travel agencies and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Advise and monitor complaints or refunds related to travel services.
  • Monitor and advise on employee travel reports and process benefits.
  • Cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.
  • Distribute relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, maps, regulations, etc.) to employees as needed.
  • Track travel expenses and ensure accurate documentation.
 
 
People operations Intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb 
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final year student of Human Resources, Psychology, Economy or a related field.

  • Administrative and documentary support in the POP area processes.
  • Participating in projects from all aspects of HR such as Internship, internal POP events and employer branding activities.
  • Supporting HR team in the recruitment process (candidate screening, scheduling the interviews, contributing to selection process, maintaining candidate database).
  • Leading less demanding recruitment cycles.
  • Supporting senior team members in operations tasks.
  • Learning about HR from internal and external sources.
  • Presenting the company at career fairs and at different events.
  • Market research for different positions in Infobip.
 
Sales intern 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb 
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities.
  • Support the sales process by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral, including sales scripts, email templates, and marketing materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
 
 
Customer Growth Intern
 
  • Locations: Zagreb 
  • Duration: 6 months.

  • Learn how to build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers to enhance overall customer growth.
  • Together with senior colleagues, serve as a focal point for client when it comes to meeting client’s business and technical expectations (technical escalations, communicate customer feedback and ideas to internal teams).
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional resources to meet customer requirements.
  • Learn how to ensure that client's account is properly set-up (account creation and set-up, route management, sender registration).
  • Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP.
  • Learn about Infobip products, the platform, and the market.
  • Acquire knowledge of client`s use cases.
  • Gain an understanding of the business landscape, competition, and the latest industry trends.
 
 
Developer Experience - Startup Intern
 
 
  • Locations: Zagreb 
  • Duration: 6 months. 
  • Final-year undergraduate (MA) or a final-year undergraduate (BA) student in Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proactively working on hand-raisers and inquiries from all Startup Self-Service customers to ensure their high-quality experience, resulting in their satisfaction and further growth.
  • Building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities for the Startup Ecosystem team.
  • Educating the startup client base on the nuances of the product to unlock value
  • Finding ways to increase user adoption/activation
  • Actively suggesting how to improve UX on Self Service
  • Retaining current startup clients and analysing their consumption
  • Having an excellent overview of business, competition, and the latest industry trends
  • Engaging and collaborating with different teams to optimize Selfservice workflow
  • Creating flows and resolving frictions in Selfservice by working closely with the Product team
